I have heard stories in Silicon Valley for years about Samsung's IP theft and brutal, anti-competitive tactics towards startups (strangling them and then buying them for pennies on the dollar). It's satisfying to see that ugly business practice/cultural issues eventually come back to bite them!

Samsung harbors deep-seated cultural atrocities that have gotten worse after the late Lee Kun Hee's fall. Jay Lee is anything but the leader at Samsung; he is being manipulated by HR veterans who are downright ignorant while obsessively controlling. Samsung's demise has been set in motion.
